Printing & Delivery Information
At Patrice Arts, every artwork is made with care and printed especially for you. We work with our professional printing and fulfilment partner, Printumo, to ensure your chosen artwork is carefully produced, packaged, and delivered to your doorstep.
We want you to feel confident throughout the process, so here's what happens after you place your order.
1. Order Confirmation
Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Our team and printing partner will then receive the order information so your artwork can move into production.
2. Professional Printing & Production
Your artwork is printed on demand, especially for your order. This means we don't simply send a product sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is prepared after purchase.
Our printing partner carefully processes your selected artwork, size, and framing options to prepare it for dispatch.
Production usually takes 1–2 business days, although it may take longer during busy periods or when additional processing is required.
3. Packaging & Dispatch
Once your artwork has been printed and passed through the fulfilment process, it is carefully prepared for shipping.
Your order is then handed over to the selected delivery carrier. Depending on your order, products may occasionally be shipped separately.
4. Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details, where available.
You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment and check its delivery progress.
If you haven't received tracking information, please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your destination, the selected shipping service, and the carrier.
As a general guide, estimated shipping times after dispatch are:
- Europe & UK: 2–5 business days
- USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 4–8 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production time is additional to shipping time. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
